Harbor Vista is a new and unique location in the San Francisco Bay Area for your next retreat, meeting or off-site. Perched on a hillside overlooking Half Moon Bay, our 4BR/3BA vacation home is a secluded retreat with panoramic ocean views. Near the beach, open space and hiking trails, it is still only 30 minutes from San Francisco and 45 minutes from San Jose, making it a central location for your group to gather.

We can host up to 16 adults for daytime use and 8 adults overnight. There is a large dining room table that seats 10, with an LCD projector for presentations and high speed WiFi, as well as free phone, printer and fax. We also have several areas in the house that are suitable for breakout sessions, including a comfortable living room area with room for 7, fireplace with room for 4, rooftop deck with room for 5, downstairs suite with seating for 6, backyard patio with room for 6 and front deck seating for 8. And after your meetings, our jetted spa has room for 6 people to relax!

Rates

• Full day use for up to 8 adults: 2 night rate, depending on season and day of week (see our nightly rates for more detail)
• Additional charge per person beyond 8: $25/day
• Maximum day use capacity: 16 people
• Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am

• Optional: Arrange for in-house massage (we know several good masseuses in the area who can bring their own tables)

Catering

Event planners can work with their own caterer, or we have our recommended local catering company, Event Savvy (eventsavvysf.com), which has catered events at our home before and knows the layout and kitchen. They have 20 years experience catering many corporate events, and can arrange for food, seating, dinnerware, glasses and servers.
