Booking our home
- Visit our online calendar and submit your inquiry directly: Our Online Calendar
- Please include your group size, age ranges, and a phone number or email address where we can reach you.
- We'll reply with availability, rates and instructions for starting the booking process.
- Once we have the signed rental agreement and 50% payment, your dates will be reserved.
- The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to check-in, at which time we'll send you directions and check-in instructions.
- 14 days prior to check-in, we'll send you a personalized keycode that opens our front door for the duration of your stay.
- Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am
- 14 days after you check out, if everything was left in good condition, we'll return your damage deposit.
Restrictions
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by their parent/guardian.
- Our home is strictly a non-smoking home.
Cancellation Policy
We charge a $200 cancellation fee up to 60 days before your stay. After 60 days, we will attempt to re-rent your nights and refund as much as we are able to re-rent.
If you are concerned about the possibility of a last-minute cancellation, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your protection. A few sources are TravelProtect.com, InsureMyTrip.com, and TravelGuard.com.
