Rates (as of Oct. 1, 2008)
- Sept-Mar: weeknights: $350, weekend: $1200, week: $2250
- Apr-May: weeknights: $425, weekend: $1500, week: $2775
- Jun-Sept: weeknights: $525, weekend: $1875, week: $3450
- Weekend is 3 nights, weeknights are Mon-Thurs, week is 7 nights
- Lodging Tax: 10% Cleaning fees included.
- Holidays (12/15-1/4/09, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day): $3500/week
- Pet fees (per dog): $20/nt, $100/wk. Limit 2 dogs.
- $1000 refundable damage deposit is required.

Restrictions
- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. We typically cannot change these times due to our housekeepers needing to properly inspect, clean and set the house. if your travel plans will require unusual check-in or check-out times, please plan to book an extra night.
- We can accept 2 dogs maximum, with pet fee, and they must have all their shots and be regularly treated with flea and tick medicine.
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by someone 25 years of age or older.
- Harbor Vista is a non-smoking property.
Payments
- Payment by personal or local bank check, major credit card, Paypal or wire transfer
- 50% deposit to reserve, 50% due 60 days prior to checkin
- Reservation can be made up to 18 months in advance
